I have a folding shelf in the mudroom between the house and garage with a folding shelf. I overtaxed the brackets supporting the shelf and I can't find a replacement.

They are plastic swiveling brackets that swing out of the way to allow the shelf to fold. They are 8 inches long and 4.75 inches tall. The local Ace had nothing, google shows a lot of monitor stands and supports but I'm simply searching for swivel bracket.

Do these have a different name? And more importantly where do I get them? I'd prefer to purchase rather than make something but if I need to give up garage time to make something for her mudroom I will.

Thanks for your help!

Well, that was quick and easy!

Long as you're telling, which LS 6?

I want to hear about the car too! I had a '72 white TR6 one and a '74 red with a hard top back in the day.....waaay back in the day.

I like to say it's the the "real" LS6, the Mk IV 454 Big Block from 1970. It's technically a GM crate/replacement engine, so it's not exactly the same as the production '70 LS6 Chevelle engine. In a nutshell, the crate engines had a better intake, but everything else was pretty much mechanically identical.

The avatar car is the SCCA GT1 car I Crew Chiefed for over 15 years. It was originally built by Dillon and driven by Dave Heinze in the Kelly American Series.

Thank you for sharing, that looks like it would be right at home at Road America!

Regarding the '69 TR6;black plate CA car, 803rd TR6 built of 90,000, original paint, no rust or accident history but shows its age. Upgraded with A-Type overdrive, engine rebuilt by Wishbone Classics and making 142 HP with all stock externals (105 was stock). I have the original wheels and hubcaps but prefer the Silverstones (repros by GC 360). Hoping to drive it to watch the opening vintage races at Road America in a few weeks - probably still with the hardtop on!

Thanks all
Steve
