It's the SP-LNTR-01 Wooden Taper Block. For leveling up your Knee Milll. Very rare - this is the only one still known to be in existence, as most of them being used in place of the FR-WUD-3 combustable heating device.

$250... is a steal... or steel... no, it's wood... never mind.
