Help Identifying these vintage boxes

Here they are, posted in the Vintage Tool Box thread but thought I'd see if anyone could help me identify the model #'s on these boxes.

Both are simply stamped "Made in Canada" with no other markings I can find anywhere.

I've gathered the Mac Tools box is a late 70's to 80's box made also for Cornwell and Matco, etc.

The top "Beach" box is also "Made in Canada" with no other markers.

Let me know if any of you know!. Thanks!

I've had a really hard time finding any Beach catalogs online. I don't think they stamped model #'s on their stuff. They also made the exact same models for other retailers so maybe that's why.

Both of those might be newer than you think but hopefully someone knowledgeable will post.

So is the consensus that the bottom roller is a Beach box as well? What's the time period on it? That's a really nice looking cabinet. IMO. :)

I should have been more clear.

The bottom box has it plainly written "MacTools"

I'll upload a better picture. Curious more about what model it is.

The top is also definitely a "Beach" brand box. more curious about specific models if possible :)

I love these forums for all the knowledge.

MAC and Gray had that style cast handle, probably others as well - likely the same manufacturer.

The top Beach chest is not related and it's a later model for sure - the more common early Beach boxes have the bent aluminium handles instead of the full-length extruded handles.

Thanks for the leads and info all.

Here's another couple clearer photos.

Any idea on era for either of these boxes ?

Any idea where I could find some catalog's or place to search for model #'s ? Even search terms would be handy.

I have the same Beach top chest, and I bought it new in 2002 or so. The roller chest looks like mid-80's, again, made by Beach in Smith's Falls, On. They made basically the same design of chests for Gray, Mac, Craftsman, themselves, and probably other companies that I'm unaware of....

Ah, That certainly makes sense as I figured the top chest wasn't too old.

Thank you for helping in the id of the bottom chest. I figured with no model marker and the "Made in Canada" it may have been oem'd by someone else.
