For the ones without restrictions, every few months. The last one I know of was early March.

There were others in April and maybe the beginning of May. This is definetly the fourth or fifth one so far this year. The percentage and max savings has been adjusted though.


Sorry that it says Active next to the title. It was some new feature when posting but the ability to change it to "dead" expired with the title timer so its kind of worthless.
