Also, you can occasionally find good prices on Amazon. I ordered once from Tool Lady, won't do it again. I'd rather buy a different brand than order from them again.

Yeah, me too. No problem and I thought the communication and such was very good.

Maybe something has changed. I have noticed that the inventory of available tools seems to be less than before. But that could just be chance as to the ones I was after.

I've had very good experiences with ToolLady. Their responsiveness and customer service has been great. They even went out of their way to special order me some items that they don't carry at no extra charge as part of the Father's Day sale.
