To those who found the tool chest, did it show up online before you bought it or was it just luck? Stores around me listed at $46 but not available. Doesnt seem like tool chest inventory is always accurate.
Also Skil 30 Piece Router Bit Set was $22 down from $99 in Kingston, MA marked clearance. Item #209177. I just happened on that one and bought last one. Can't find that price anywhere else online including the Kingston store, but there may be more out there.

I can't speak for the tool chest but here is my experience with hand tools. A few months back when they were selling the Irwin linesman pliers for $8ish in my area the store I go to said 0 in stock. I walked down the aisle with the PVC and there were 8 hanging on a plastic little hanger display with a $44 price tag yet they were $8ish.
Sometimes you just have to verify if you want it bad enough to spend your time looking. For me I just got lucky and saw the pliers hanging there.

My local store listed the tool chest as not available, but I knew they had one in stock because I'd seen it. I watched it for several weeks and discovered that the shelf label wasn't being updated as the price dropped. As soon as I learned that the actual price was down to $60, I grabbed it. It was still marked at $220 on the shelf and $369 online.
I will let you know. I shop more at home depot than lowes usually. Message me if you want to if you are ever looking for anything else. I can check if I have to stop anyways.

What's interesting is that is the second go around for that set to clearance. It's being replaced by a rebranded Irwin set, exactly the same but different package. They seemed to clearance and replace all of the stores with low-ish stock of them, one store of mine hasn't had it for less than $5 off and has probably 15 of them. I got mine for $20-25, I think...it was about a year ago or more.
Same thing went on with the smaller set too.

My neighbor bought one like a year or so ago... Out of the box I helped him set it up. After installing the blade and insert, the blade was so far out of alignment it caught the insert. If a person turned it on without giving the blade a spin and realizing how horrible it was, it would have been catastrophic.
However, after re-aligning everything it worked fine... Though you would expect it to be *reasonably* aligned out of the box IMO...
Side note... I've noticed now on Lowe's any time I want to "check other stores" it always wants me to login... wtf is up with that?

I bought the $200 gift card for $180 through paypal, used a 10% off coupon code and grabbed the saw. I've been debating on getting this or a full-size table saw for a while, but this will do just fine for me. All in with tax was $155.14. Only problem is now I have to find something to spend the remaining $27.62 from my gift card!
A buddy has that saw. Was helping him with a deck a month or so back, thing wasn't cutting for ****. Blade smoking like crazy, you name it. I was like this isn't right... Took a quick look and realized he had put the blad on backwards. Took it off, put it on the correct way and it's a brand new saw. Actually works now haha.

Went yesterday, the 840647 cabinet was only coming up as $380 in store, My store had two.
They also had a black stainless 5-drawer version of the top cart, but was around $300.

This code is generated using the exact same algorithm lowes uses. Are these discounts only sent to a particular person generally? I'm unsure how they are obtained, I just know the algorithm.

This, you use a generated code that lowes set out to someone in the mail or emailed before they can use it and it becomes invalid for them. Some may not call it stealing but I don't know what other definition would fit to describe it.
