Learn something new department (for me, anyway!): When Sears has a minimum out of pocket spend amount to qualify for a FreeCash Bonus, like the current $125 to get a $125 Bonus, the minimum out of pocket amount must be on merchandise and does not include sales tax.
Long story short, on June 20 I placed an order through online chat to replace an order on which Sears had created delivery issues by trying to deliver through a closing store. The price had nearly doubled but online chat allowed me to reorder at the lower, original price. I also confirmed that my reorder would qualify for the then current $50 bonus. The chat rep incorrectly assured me that it would qualify. My credit card was charged about $130 after about $18 in points were applied. The points lowered the merchandise cost to about $122.
Today customer service reviewed the matter, acknowledged that the chat rep had incorrectly assured me that the order qualified, and issued me a $50 point bonus after describing the details to me. The chat transcript certainly helped too!

Last week I did not get the Sweeps Weekly email. My account has ~$70. I bought a knipex this week to reduce my balance, and they send me Sweeps Weekly email again. Life is back to normalNow gotta find something to buy

The thing to do, which I wish I'd realized at the time, is check your points totals in another tab while still in the chat, after they claim they've refunded x amount, and tell the rep immediately if you lost some due to the freecash problem. Then they will manually re-refund the missing amount to get you back to the expected total.
I can't think of something I need right now, so I'll probably blow the $5 freecash on these cheapo organizers:
Stanley Large Parts Organizer with Bonus Small Organizer $6.88
Or maybe start buying one of these each week, so I'll eventually have several to connect together:
Stanley STST14022 SortMaster Junior Organizer $7.20

No code yet for the WWW game?
They probably don't want to pay out Holiday pay for whoever comes up with these dorky codes.

I had the same issue a few days ago, I had to go clear the app cache and force stop the app.
That's what I usually search for on the search spin game. Oh, another sweet tool, the 1/2", well that's usually the cheapest, Wera Zyklop ratchet.

As usual, I lost. Instead of the $5 off $5 FreeCash that’s been in the Weekly email, this week mine is $4 off a $25 purchase. But, since it’s the only FreeCash I currently have I might use it.

Kmart is doing a spend $60 get $20, $20 & $20 back.
Yeah, $4 off $25 is pretty lame. I'll have to see how many points I win in the next few days to put with it, I've only got about $10 so far.
Edit: Oh, another thought, if I end up without enough points to cover the rest, it could be an opportunity to finally try for that $10 back on $10+ OOP vehicle pickup (ends 7/10).

You mean app didnt work or the $10 points not loaded after you got your items?FYI if the app doesn't work for In-Vehicle Pickup, when you walk in ask for the support manager, they can add the 10$ pickup points to your account using their terminal. I've had to do it this way 3 times, and the points don't expire for 12 months.![]()
so i just signed up for shop your way when i bought a new 54" blue Tool chest from sears on July 4th. apparently i got $125 points for spending over $125, but looks like they give them to you every month in smaller quantities instead of all at once? why make it so confusing?

The app didn't recognize I was parked at a sears store. On 2 different phones... So I ended up having to go inside and do a manual pickup. Apparently it's an issue often enough that have the process down at my local store.
