Usually I'm pretty good but these have me stumped. Bought a box of tools and these were miscellaneous tools I couldn't identify. Previous owner was a mechanic, body guy, and classic Camaro owner for background.

1) Top left item - bolt says TOP CO but nothing else. Separates and maybe acts like a clamp to press or form? Made of steel.

2) Top right. No markings. Plastic handle. Nut is removable.

3) Bottom rod. No markings. Knurled grip, the head is fixed but has a shaft inside that rotates (shaft is hollow but accepts hex key).

Any help is appreciated.

The red plastic handle is half of a radiator fin straightening tool. I believe HF sold them.

I agree with #1 being a dimple die.

is the bottom one the same on both ends of the rod?

Probably a lock cylinder hole reforming tool.

It’s a fin comb. Used to straighten fins on condenser and evaporated coils. The numbers indicate the number of fins per inch of each extension to be used on coils with the same number per inch.

1 is a chassis hole cutter for cutting holes in metal for wire routing, etc.
2 looks like a crude socket wrench with knurling on one end for better grip.
3 is the handle and securing nut, washer for the fin comb.

I recognised that headlamp adjuster ( long tool with ratcheting head) instantly since I just used mine last week.
Took longer to find it in the bottom of the drawer than it did to make the adjustment.

As others have said, the headlight tool should have a 4 mm hex and was meant for ford crown Vic's and grand marquis.
