That is a very old triple gear reduction drill with the drill press accessory.
First qtr of the 1900s
Parts were still available into the 80s but I suspect were discontinued in the 90s
What you have there is 90+ years old
Those are tough to kill

I had one of those years back. Used it for a poor mans mag base drill. I would clamp the base to whatever and drill through. I opened the gearcase on mine and found it full of old hard grease. Cleaned and re-lubed and it quieted down a bunch.

Old tools like that are cool to look at and they do work rather well, but I wouldn't want to have to use them every day. I just prefer using my more modern tools.

An older gentlemen I knew many years ago had all sorts of old tools he had bought and restored. I used to visit him from time to time and he was really proud of his collection and could tell you all about the tool. When he died I am not sure just what his family did with the tools.
