Very overdue update, but here goes.

I've been staying busy detailing part-time and have done 47 cars since last September. We had a baby girl late January (our first) and starting to downscale a bit and passed along all the maintenance work to a local mobile guy. I'm focusing on paint correction/coatings while only doing one car a week.

The garage progression is pretty stale at this point as everything meets my needs. I would like more storage options but need to clear out the remaining bike parts and trailer from the other single stall first. That'll be done this spring, hopefully. I tried to connect with two electricians to discuss more lighting and outlet options but they didn't show. Maybe I'll try again but it's not really critical for my needs.

In regards to the S4, I've been going the OEM+ route by focusing on firming the car up a bit. I did 034 Motorsports transmission and subframe mounts, ABT height adjustable springs (mainly to retain the stock dampers), and 20x9.5 BBS CI-R wheels wrapped in Hankook 255 30 20 rubber. No rubbing at all but the larger diameter did raise the car a touch. I'll likely go back to 19's next year but these look great for now.

I went to the Feynlab web site because I had never heard of them. Very impressive but not very descriptive on the process. I saw them mixing product in pre measured amounts with a syringe. Is there any tutorial on the process I can read? I could not find one on the site.
I also saw the product being "cured" with infrared lights. Do you have those lights?
Paint correcting is a new process to me and from the information on the web site I can see the correcting take place. How long does one application last?
Sorry for asking so many questions but I am fascinated by the product.

Sorry, just seeing this. Their website isn't the best but has slowly improved over the past year. There really isn't much tutorials as you have to be part of their certified installer list to get the info on the longer term coatings.

I'm a tier 2 installer which gives me access to everything except Heal Plus. But yes, I do have one Infrartech short wave IR lamp that I use.

Are you referring to the self heal process? Ceramic Plus, Heal Lite, and Heal Plus all have self healing capabilities and typically use a heat gun or boiling water to activate. The IR lamps are used as part of the install to help cure.

Paint correction is specific to the paint, not the coating. I hope I'm answering your questions but let me know if I'm missing the point. Happy to discuss further

You have answered my questions. I started following Feynlab on Instagram, they post something different everyday. Very informative.
