Milwaukee hardline knife question

I recieved the tanto version of Milwaukee's hardline knife. It doesn't really flick open. I have adjusted the screw that the blade rotates on but is there supposed to be a spring assist to it?

The hardlines I have do not have spring assist, dont know if there is a model like that, but barely touching the little notch on the top back flips it open with ease, its not a wrist flip to open type of knife.

Touching the tab on the back barely has any effect on it.
