I just got baack from a lunch run to Lowe's and they were bringing out all the heaters and fireplace stuff from last year. I picked up a 30,000 BTU blue flame wall heater for $124.50 for the shop, they had both natural gas and propane at my Lowes.

I'll be a broken record and repeat what I've stated in this thread a few times before: You have to leave your computer and actually go to your store, walking up and down the aisles and looking for clearance tags. It is way more efficient compared to trying to find local deals on the website.
As for the deals posted in this thread: some items go on clearance nationally, whereas others are region or even store-specific. When national clearance items are posted in this thread and your store shows full price - keep track and wait for the price to drop. Some items drop faster than others.
Don't they have a limit on shipping distance for those deals, or for free shipping period?
I suppose that might be true if you are close to the store, but my closest store is about a half-hour away, and that is if you catch all the stoplights on green.
So that means an hour + of driving time, plus likely another hour walking the aisles. Nope. That isn't a good use of my time, so I guess I'll just pass on the deals.

That one is still (3) 400 or strangely (1) 450 here. 4 stores each an hour away.
And the 149 disappeared from my cart before I could buy! No luck I guess.

I ordered one of the Husqvarna saws from a store about half an hour away. They had 2 in stock when I placed the order. By the end of the day, I didn't have a confirmation and stock went to zero, so I assumed it was cancelled. This morning I got the confirmation email, but when I checked, they cancelled the free case. I double checked the flyer, and it says "free with any Husqvarna chainsaw", and the store reportedly has 9 in stock. So they're going to have some explaining to do when I get there this afternoon.
*UPDATE*
Went to the store and they said they didn't have anymore of the cases. I took the saw to my car and went in because I needed to grab a couple other things. I checked around all the outdoor equipment and didn't see anything. Just as I was getting ready to leave I noticed a pile of Husqvarna stuff in the middle of the aisle. There were about 5 cases so I grabbed one and headed to the pickup area. There was a line, but the manager saw me coming with it and just told me I was all set.
Also for anyone wandering, the battery saw does NOT fit in the case. From the pictures the body looks significantly longer than a gas saw, so I had a feeling it might not.

Yeah you'll love the tiller. I have that same tiller but in yellow (Cub Cadet), and they're like $400-$500 regular price across all the brands -- Troy-Bilt, Craftsman, Cub Cadet, etc.. It's a beast of a machine.

I went to my local store looking for some of the items mentioned here, mainly the 3M headphones and the 100’ cord. Both were not to be found. The cord showed no stock, the headset said 5 on hand... but know one could find them.

Swung by the Phillipsburg NJ Lowe’s tonight and they had a few "mid size" snow blowers, leaf blowers, generators, tractor carts, and tractor lifts at 50% off. Walking through the store I saw many items discounted so it pays to take a stroll through the store.
BTW! They also had a few of those roosters for less than $5 each.

While looking for info I noticed a couple of oddities about their clearance stuff.
The headphones were on clearance in some distant location that someone posted here.
There priced 10.50. My store had them priced at 43.99 on Friday and then Saturday they then dropped to 10.50.
Again, they can't find them.
I checked all the region's stores and they have them... and they are priced 21.00, 44.00, 59.00. This just seems weird for Lowes. So, today I thought I'd try an experiment; I got online and bought two of them at my local store, to be picked up in the store. I completed the sale and now I will watch to see if I get a notice of the order being ready or possibly cancelled.... but I'm really curious if they might actually *fill the order* from another store... for the same price.
I'll let you all know.

They may cancel the order. But if you talk to them they may resource it to another store. I just went thru this on a 50% off non-stock service wire ordered at one store. they didnt have enough feet and couldnt resource it since it was stock at the other store. I was told to go there for a price match. customer service at store said no problem but when I got to the register the cashier and *** manager would not do it. I stood there and would not leave asking them to call lowes HQ before I would leave. after being real loud they finally did it. Geez...

Store pickup is processed by that store only... If they can't find it they just cancel the order.
