Effective September 15, 2018, the shop hourly rate will increase $5.00 per hour. All jobs arriving on or before September 14, 2018 will be charged at the current $35.00 hourly rate.

It has been nearly three years since I had a $5 per hour increase. Utilities and supplies haven't gotten any cheaper for any of us and I have held off on this for as long as I could.

Rest assured that all branches of the U.S. Armed Forces, Honored Veterans and Law Enforcement officers will continue to enjoy the labor discounts that have always been in effect!!!

Customers know that PSC is still one of (if not the) most affordable truly custom powder coating shops but with the uncompromising attention to detail and service the others lack.

Thanks to all of you these last 12 years for your business, kind and glowing compliments and all the referrals!! I wouldn't be here without YOU and will never take you for granted.

I had some work done in a local shop and the rate was 100/hour plus shop supplies.
I had the headlight bezels and the grill centre sections done in powder primer before painting them body colour.
Because some of these cast zinc parts can off-gas and lift the top coat, I had the powder shop heat-cycle my parts with other customers parts over a day then do the coating in the last load. So far, so good.
I have not seen $35- $40 in 50 years.

I surely appreciate that Bigblue! I've heard all too often though that even including the price of shipping, customers continue to come back time and again. I guess it helps to be more passionate about the work product than about the money it provides. My main focus is to keep these amazing old cars alive for future generations to enjoy. I'm in it for the love, not the money.
