Thanks for posting. I just bought two of these, the price was too good to pass up. We'll see how they look when they get here, but the reviews have been positive.

If anyone wants these I wouldn't wait too long.

Just received one from them. Looks fine. Have not had a chance to use it yet. Shipping was quick, battery came sealed, just as it should.

honestly, there is nothing to worry about if you go through PayPal, which 99%+ of people who use ebay have. If the picture shows a genuine battery, and you get a knock-off, eBay/PayPal will side with you. But before you do that, contact the seller (if at some point you do end up with one), as when that happened to me the seller told me to keep it & they refunded my money, rather than have a blemish on their account from me going through purchase protection.

These are real genuine and brand new Milwaukee batteries

The seller has a lot of positive reputation through eBay’s feedback system and if I’m not mistaken their local B&M store is a True Value franchise

What happens is that vendors overstock on these and such sellers are able to pick up the excess stock and sell online

Good find, I'm still wondering how some are sourcing this cheaper than the big-box stores. Are these coming directly from the vendor? I can't suspect them coming from clearance, because these are considerably newer batteries, right?

These people break up kits. Obviously they look for promos and other discounts like we do when we buy our own stuff.

These appear to be retail packaging. If these were part of kits then the batteries would not come retail packaged
