I basically have a small machine shop in my garage. I'm looking for something that is the most durable for heavy equipment, coolant, oils, etc. I will probably have minimal to no flake as I prefer the smooth look. The area is roughly 550 square feet. I'm going to hire this out as I don't have the time and it's going to be involved enough just orchestrating a time window to get someone in to do the work and get everything back in. Looking for what would be the best material for my setting. I do weld in my garage, but it's all TIG.

Our Nohr-Kits are great for this.

Tig Welding on a bench should not change anything.
