ESD tools are always a bunch more money in general.

I have the 4520 2K cutters and they are amazing.

The 4630 is similar in Tungsten Carbide. Slightly different head shape, same as 4530.

Add up ESD, Tungsten Carbide, VERY low demand and pretty much the best quality you can buy and it adds up to a bunch of money.
That's not even that much money. We used some Facom, Erem, and Swanstrom ESD cutters which were over $250 each. These are carbide cutting edges, which are awesome for really hard wire.
