I'm going south of the boarder to pick up an el-cheapo vacuum pump from harbour freight. Any good sales on at sears or wherever?

And the thing upon which you nail shingle rhymes with goof, not the sound a dog makes...........:)

And no, I don't say "Eh" and I hate Molson Canadian. Now if anyone's ever in Winnipeg Manitoba, you must try one of these:

Mine leaks through the rubber seal on the lid. All the other connections hold vacuum.

What a disappointment... Harbour or harbor freight *****! It's been 2 years since I went last and I forgot how crappy it was.
Sears was much better though. It's strange but sears in canada and sears in the US are completely different stores.

Make sure to take your passport and upon your return have everything organized and on a list that you can read off to your customs man (detour around the ladies). Last time in Buffalo, four of us pretty much got waved through with $600 on a day trip, after reading off my list.

If going to Buffalo there are two HarboUr Freights over there. Have fun and be sure to report your findings......going again soon.

I’ve never been to Harbour Freight because we don’t have them in Canada eh. Instead I go to Princess Auto which is located in my neighbourhood, about 2 kilometres away in the centre of Town. It’s next to the government run Beer Store where I buy my favourite Molson’s Canadian by the litre in brown coloured bottles.

I was down south and visited a HF--I wasn't too impressed. In fact, I prefer my local Princess Auto.

Sears, on the other hand, is a night-and-day difference. It's worth seeing.
