Col, are you asking about the little thumbnail photos? You should be able to upload 7 of them.

I hated posting pictures to forums until I downloaded tapatalk. It’s a free app that manages all of the forums that I am a member of. Taking a picture is as easy as using your camera or selecting a photo from your photo album. Once you hit post it asks you what size you want. I choose the smallest available and they come out full size photos in the thread. I haven’t tried seven at once in garagejournal. Personally I hate the little thumbnails. I mostly use my phone to view so when you click the thumbnails they never open on center and when you try to adjust the image it disappears unless you click the image again and then it opens another page. Honestly if the post has thumbnails I just skim over it usually.
There may be a faster and more efficient way, but I just upload the pictures into my GJ photo album (up to 7 at a time). After you upload a picture into your album, you can click on it and see the "Picture URL" and "BB Code" links. Simply cut-and-paste the BB Code link(s) into the text of your post and the picture(s) will be displayed.

Forgot about that problem but I dealt with that for a while too! I think one of the updates for the ipad or Safari took care of it.
