Just finished the main building today. Still need to run electrics, add an apron to the slab and install lifts.
28X30. My truck for scale. Shouldn't have an issue with a 4 post and 2 post lift. This will house a 62 nova, 69 camaro, and 89 mustang.

Looking good. Did you buy this as a kit and install it yourself? How tall are the side walls? I'm thinking about doing the same style building as a few year stop gap until I can build my dream home and garage on a few acres out in the sticks.

Looks really nice. If you don't mind my asking, what was the total cost, excluding the concrete? The reason why I am asking is because a friend of mine has been thinking about putting up a building to house some landscaping equipment that he has acquired.

Im in NPR. Those are the lightning rods form a 1983 Hurst olds. I have a few olds and they were great Cars.

For everyone asking. Total cost for building, plans, tax and install was $12,000. This is in Fl with 150mph wind rating.
Walls are 12', center peak is just under 14', 2 10x10 roll up doors, and 1 entry door.
Company that built it is Carports Anywhere aka Eversafe Buildings.
Very easy to work with. Install took 1 full day.

Eversafe is based in Deerfield, I think they'll do the appropriate wind speed in Broward county.

I plan on insulting the walls and putting up osb. The pad was 4,000 and is 6" except for the footer which is 12"×12" with 2 pieces of 5/8 rebar.
My brother works for trane ac so he is going to hook me up with a system.

I was talking to the building inspector about that. Our best guess is they assume the wall and roof sheeting will fail and then there won't be any load on the structure lol.

Started on the floor. Did an acid etch then epoxy and flakes. Going to clear it this week.
Also getting ready to do a 28x20 apron and a 4' boarder all the way around the shop.
