Irwin is what you get if you want a US made tap and die set. The better makers are individually purchased as far as I know

Not sure if they're made in the US, but they're decent quality. Use with a ratchet or breaker bar of course.

Even then, they are maintenance grade carbon steel taps and dies. Hanson does make high speed steel sets but you do not want to know the price. If Snap On carried them you would have to take out a second mortgage.
