While I was using Chat tonight to get price protection refunds for online purchases, the chat rep told me that this form can be submitted online for in store purchases, including Sears Hometown stores:

He said refunds should be issued within 72 hours.
I call BS, I've tried that form numerous times...It doesn't do ****...

(at rotten fish prices).
