It’s a four way offset screwdriver, for getting at screws that are clocked in different positions. There are also some with phillips ends.
When the screw is in a position that the screwdriver is just too long to fit, these work well, the four sides are each set at a different angle ti aid in fitting into the slot on the screw head. Also, these allow a good amount of torque on the screw for removal of difficult screws that may be accessible with a screwdriver.
