You nailed it. The quickest access source I have - 1943 British Admiralty Fleet Order (they used the same engines and tools!Hey Lugz. Look up Wright Cyclone rocker arm clamp and see if it doesn't look like that tool would fit the screw.
Might as well jump into this one as well as the two I posted! The Wright 18900 is .426 I.D hex female end x .598 o.d. of the flat tip.
unrelated to this thread but the one I posted on the Herbrand thread the hex female is .436 x .523 hex end w/hole thru x .243 i.d. bar hole opening. The mystery continues!!
