Black Friday is right around the corner! Anyone notice any Walmart tool deals?

Also, is it just me or does Black Friday seem non-existent now - Amazon, Walmart, etc are all posting their black friday items like a week earlier than usual.

Found this page of just KNIPEX deals on walmart (link below) - generally speaking most of the things on this list are priced way below what I've seen in the past - I'd say Amazon is priced in a similar ballpark on maybe only half of them?

Walmart.com is in a full blown race to catch amazon.com. When they bought jet.com that was the very obvious intention and goal. Little known is that the person tapped to lead this assault on amazon.com is the former head of jet.com, Mark Lore. O.K. No big deal. Until you understand that Mark Lore founded diapers.com, sold it to Jeff Bezos and Amazon.com and then had a falling out with Bezos. Now he's all tee'd up for a revenge of sorts. With Walmart's money now behind him. Keep a close eye on what and how they're doing it.

on another note.. I noticed that zoro has a 20% november savings promo, although I find it kind of weird there's no black friday banners or ads on their site yet

three klein items (canvas bags, a screwdriver, and nut driver) pretty good deal

looked at amazon and those items are a lot higher separately, anyone know if amazon has any bundles like this for klein or knipex?

Unfortunately Walmart has the Walmart name, and a % of folks just refuse to shop there, deal or no deal.

I agree - although they are making amazon run for their $ on some of these holiday deals I read on cnet that they're starting their blackfriday tomorrow night at 10pm - will be interesting to see what other things they post

hm, looks like it's the same price on amazon - i'd keep an eye out though bc maybe walmart or amazon will lower it come thursday or black friday

They do have the name, and a huge % of people who shop there BECAUSE of the name.

Just like any retailer I suppose...
