Looking to buy a 8 or 9 KW boiler to heat a 24X40 Pole shed. Looking at doing the floor this summer so trying to locate a boiler, I have priced it out in Manitoba (about $1200.00) and at Menards in Minot, ND about 3 hours away they are about $475.00 for the boiler or $1215.00 for the whole boiler board.
Anyone know of a good deal on boilers in Canada?? I am in Minot on business lots so the mileage cost is not an issue.
This is my first post. Just found you guys and a great site. Pictures will follow when I get one of my kids to help me.

I think you are going to want more than an 8 or 9 KW boiler, I have a 7kw in a 24x30 which is just barely enough, your more than likely colder than me with a higher heat load.
You need to do the heat load calcs first.

Looking at Electric as propane is too expensive and natural gas isn't an option. Electric is about $6.5 cents so I think it is the way to go out here in Manitoba. i will also do the heat calcs.
