We have switched out the light switches, and duplex outlets and plates.
Now the phone jacks don't match ; they are that old-fashioned yellowish "ivory" :wtf:.
I know that structured wiring plates (i.e., Cat 5/6) and keystones come in white. But am coming up empty on white RJ-11.
Any suggestions for sources. Hoping to avoid a "spray-paint-solution". :headscrat

If you were local to me I’d give you one. Check out the local Dollar Store. If you have to a RJ11 cord will fit fine in a RJ45 jack. I’m guessing it isn’t for a wall mount phone.

When I moved to AZ, I brought with me a whole supply of AMP jacks (RJ11 & RJ45) plus wall plates (1, 2, & 4 hole) to wire the new house myself. AMP had all colors available for both plates and jacks. This was 20 years ago, though. I used all white plates, and color coded the jacks, red for RJ45 and black for RJ11. Check with AMP.

Leviton and others still have, snap in (keystone), full wall plate, decora, and wall phone jacks RJ-11. And yes, as others mention, you can use an RJ-45. The RJ-11 will engage up to 3 pair, in the RJ-45 (depending on how many pairs your RJ-11 cord has)

Just a FYI - CommScope bought TE Electronics (AMP) some time ago...

Strange to see someone looking for RJ11 in white. Cause recently went looking for brown ones and white was all I could find.

Plenty of choices in keystone jacks for RJ11. Or use RJ45 as described above.

Or do you want a modular rj11 phone jack that uses screw terminals instead of 110 punch?

There's so much consolidation these days it is hard to keep up with who owns who.:) In some cases, the entire brand is changed over to the new company, and in others the original brand is retained but under new ownership.

Ortronics, Panduit, and Leviton all offer basically anything telecom related. Ortronics and Panduit are a step up from Leviton if you're looking for something "better"

As mentioned, an RJ45 jack will work just fine with an RJ11 plug. In my line of work we won't even bother with an RJ11 jack any more.
