How to mask Anchor holes while Epoxy flooring

Hi all,

Ground Penetrating Radar Scanned Marked Locations on Concrete
I bought myself a max jax and have not drilled into my floor yet. However I have got myself a Ground Penetrating Radar scan and the guy marked the floor where all the post tension rods are at.

Masking Concern
I plan to drill the concrete and install the anchor prior to epoxy coating the floor.
Does anyone here have any good idea on how to mask the anchors? (it's just a hole/cavity flush to the concrete floor)

Lubricant on Mounting Bolt?
Someone suggested me to dip the mounting bolt for the lift with some kind of lubricant, WD40? I'm worried about the epoxy floor coating bonding the bolt threads or at minimum affecting it. Will WD40 or any other lubricant affect the epoxy floor bonding to the floor if it's near by?

I want to have a good finish around the anchor bolt.
How about blue masking tape? When do I peel it off?

Alternative?
Drill concrete and install the anchors after the epoxy coating, but how does one accurately locate the precise location to avoid the sharpie marked floor for post tension cables? I don't want to pay to have it scanned again (post epoxy coating)

Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated!

Use some shoulder bolts with enough of the thread cut off so the shoulder sits flush with the floor. You could coat the exposed area with a little grease but I'd wrap some electrical tape around it. Masking or blue tape will still get stuck good to the epoxy. Then you can just unscrew them and the tape will pull right out.

Cork plugs in the holes.

X2 above or any soft material that you can pick/drill out out of the hole after. I was thinking RVT. After that run a tap in the hole to get the last few bits if it is a threaded anchor. If it is a drive in insert then leave it proud of the floor a bit and finish driving it in after the coating.

A stud or dowel wrapped in duct tape. The shiny side is a bond breaker.
Neatly, cut around with a sharp blade, extract stud or dowel when done.

DO NOT USE GREASE OR OIL EVER!!! Contamination of the coating is a real problem.

Use a plumb bob and put a nail or screew in the ceiling to drill anytime you want.

Drill a pilot hole for the anchors. Drill the final hole after epoxy.

Drill the hole but don’t install the anchor. Put a rubber or silicone plug in the hole.
Remove after epoxy and then install anchor
