Retail is $628. I’m 99% sure they were never $800, but $698 at one point. If he’s lying about that, what else is he lying about? He says it’s brand new, but it is out of box, and fully assembled. Was it a return, floor display, reject....?

Unfortunately in many areas selling tools is tough, almost can't give things away. If people in that area thought it was a good deal it would have sold by now.
