Wow, they must have a strange way of PSes bypassing shipping.
Noticed my order with FREECASH, just shows the typical shipping override.
Somebody else just showed me their order and it says shipping paid by some random Visa card but it's not their card. Guess Sears must have some random CCs for agents.

Anybody else getting weird Price Drop emails from Sears?
For a while, it actually would notify me of actual items I bought.
Now it's randomly telling me stuff like shower rods and girl's skirts.
At first I just thought it was a fluke but they keep sending them along with some actually being items I bought/buy.
Or is it maybe stuff picked when you had those Doorbuster/Secret Sweeps where you had to like items before you spun?

There have been many games, including a few on Xtra, where you have to pick products of some sort. It is probably because of stuff you picked in one of those. (If not that exact product, something that is a related product.)

Can't get it to open at all either.
For some reason still not getting the weekly emails since 2018, but not that it really matters at this points with no FREECASH anymore.
Bummer as with the new Personal Shoppers, I could actually much more easily use the $10 offer.
They sent the previous week's link.....again.
SYW had trouble correcting these mistakes before the bankruptcy, so it will be amazing if we get the correct link from whatever staff remains.

I must be missing something. I tried that deal already yesterday but it just tells me my current stats.
I did see some claim it oddly can take a while for it to respond that you got the $5 and it can take a while to show in account.
Sounds like one of those weird bugs where you text them, think it failed, then half a day later, get a response saying you got it and it shows in your account.

Not likely. With the exception of the past few months' show-them-on-your-phone texting coupons, these texting offers often don't work for a significant amount of frequent customers, including me. We've been talking about it in the Sears thread earlier today, and a lot of people on SD have the same problem.

I got that email on Saturday. I get a text reply that says “we’re giving you more FREECASH in points” and a link that goes to the Sears coupon page. No FreeCash so far.

Man, these bugs at syw.com can really confuse you.
For some reason my breakdown says I am "-42,853" but total says $5.47 which it should be.
Strangely it shows normal numbers if you say show me 3 Months vs 1 Month.
It just startled me for a second like how am I in the negatives and how could I possibly get back to positive with a number like that? Sweeps would take at least 286 days at average of 15 cents/day to get back to positive, so would have to start spending OOP. LoL

I won a $2 bonus on Sunday and a $1 one yesterday. Got 30 cents in the other games over those 2 days. But plenty of 10 to 20 cent days last week.
I have not played the small games for a while but still play the $1-$5 games. I feel that "20 cent or less" day is really wasting my time so I just quit.
I was out of town last week, and did not played anything for the whole week. Kinda weird, I did not miss it. My alarm on my phone went off as usual but I just turn it off.

I debated doing this also, but luckily I get the occassional like once every 10 days or so, hit those 75 cent or $1's from XTra or IWGs.
Nothing amazing like how it used to be before, but it's luckily still adding up to go towards some items, but seems Price Drops and MasterCard Points are fueling most of my purchases now.

Lucky. Emailed SYW and they just told me I must make a purchase first.
Sears Chat told me wait 24 hours then call SYW.
SYW Phone Support told me I must spend $15 on a Credit Card to get the $5.
I think they were mixing up my $5/$15 from the App or something.

On a side note, anybody have experience what to do when you order an item but UPS never picks it up?
My PS ordered me an item back on 1/14 and it claimed it was going to ship 1/16 and a UPS label was created and it was to be delivered yesterday.
UPS has claimed since 1/16 that they have never picked up the item and it says Delivery Info unavailable.
I tried contacting my PS but was told wait a day at first then I said still no updates and was just told UPS will pick it up eventually and it may be weather related.
Chat seems willing to do another order but they seem unable to help because the order was placed through SYW GetMore Orders vs my account.

Nevermind, got my issue sorted out.
Decided to call the store it claims it was coming from and Merchandise Pickup figured it all out.
Turned out they did not have the item in stock & tried to cancel the order earlier. They also stated they don't know why the online system choose them when they had no stock.

Even Walmart.com has a warning about weather delays.I recently got a pickup notice for a ship-to-store order from three months ago. Since I was trying to use up a freecash offer that was about to expire, I had totally forgotten about the item.
Does the website show the item is in-stock at that store location?

Yeah, that's the kind of situation I was afraid of when I heard about the weird not-ordering-through-your-account thing the Personal Shoppers have to do with some orders. I wish they could just do it all through the customer's account like the chat reps can (including cancelling out shipping fees when they're convinced to, and accepting non-points payment). No need for this awkward redundant system the PSes have...
