Silly thing about the Valentine's game is, it looks like according to the rules once you win the $5, you can't get anything else from the game. Not even 5 or 10 cents.
Nice! No luck for me.
No schedule changes Mon. I won a few nickels in the Win List, nothing else... gave up on the Xtra pile a third of the way through.

Just a tip for those who buy KMart Items.
Not sure how, but PSes also seem able to Price Protect and Match KMart Items.
I was always told by Chat you can't with KMart but my PS and also some others also same from their PS that no problem at all. Not even the typical "One time exception" talking point.
They can even use a coupon/FREECASH during a PM.
I was always told by Chat they can't do that either.
They musta told PSes to do whatever to make sales.

I was told a similar thing by a Chat associate last week. But this morning a different Chat associate was able to immediately credit points to my account!?
In both cases it involved getting points restored after Sears canceled an order. In My Orders both orders showed as “Processing” well after they were initially scheduled for in store pick up. Chat associate claimed the one I contacted them about last week was at the store and ready for pickup. It wasn’t, and I never got a pick up notice. Chat canceled the order and my points were restored to my SYW account a few days later.
The Chat agent today on another past due item (which I was told was due to a processing error, whatever that is?) was able to immediately restore my points without asking. Both orders involved less than $3 out of pocket, which is allegedly being refunded to my credit card. Haven’t checked that yet.
Sears gonna Sears! I guess it makes sense to keep asking Chat for immediate points credit, but don’t be surprised at the reply.

Nah they are all in HE HQ except like Mina who are in Welcome Centers but I found she doesn't seem to really do orders so no clue why they made her available as a PS. It seems she can really only do in-store orders more so from what she told me as she didn't seem to have the free shipping access. She told me for an order she "may be able to get less shipping or free" but the HE located ones don't even ask they just do FS on every order.
It sounds like Chat is restricted for some reason but PSes can do virtually anything it seems.
Too bad they can't seem to fix my one order though, LoL.

I guess Sears did a bad job of implementing the new PS program.
Originally, I thought with how PSes can do FS, mix coupons/FREECASH at times, and even do extra price matching that Chat won't, that people would jump on it even with it's frustrating problems like getting a hold of your PS.
Yet, noticed on SD (typically SDers love getting lowest price) and FB, everybody seems more annoyed at the program or just flat out confused by it.
Guess even when a program has some decent perks, Sears just doesn't know how to advertise at all or implement it with convience.

Same.
Every game except IWGs/Featured seems to be down.
Can't get XTra nor Win List.
WinIt! wouldn't even let me sign out to try logging in again.
I managed to play WWWed on Xtra now, after several attempts getting 'Wow What A Crowd'ed.

They finally refunded my points for my completely stuck order.
Now I can't get Xtra to load at all, the main page that normally shows all the games goes straight to what-a-crowd. 
Update: working again for the moment, of course too late to be able to play the 11am-12pm game.

Thanks, trying myself. Really slow but I know that usually is a good sign ironically.
No, something has been wrong all day, the server problems. Any time there are server problems and you manage to actually catch a few minutes where the server is responsive to you and not most other people, there will be a 'backed-up' pile of wins waiting for someone to claim them. (Wins occur at predetermined random times throughout the day, based on who plays first after one of those times.)

Didn't win a single game today but family member hit the $3. The 7PM game finally let me spin at 7:59PM....
Hopefully it improves now that all Bonuses are over or I may just have to skip all of Xtra except WWW, even though wanted to complete them as very close to another order but this is too frustrating at this rate to complete.

That's what I ended up doing. Couldn't even attempt at least half of the big games today, and was lucky to even finish all 3 rounds of WWW ($0.45 total).

Not sure but when I play XTra on the PC game, it doesn't display an ad or let me click the X to close the ad are to get to another game.
I have to play a game then reload XTra.
Doing it to me in both Chrome & Firefox but oddly not on Mobile.
Never had such an issue until yesterday.

hmm...won $1.15 today. all small stuff, few quarters in there. used to be able to win that daily until it all went to ****. goal is another $.46 by monday so my next purchase won't have anything OOP

Same here. Only 92 cents away from an order and have till 2/11 so figured might as well keep playing and have entire order covered.
If I could actually get in to XTra to play the WW, I'd have a better chance to get that 92 cents cheaper but just loading/WWaCing.

I learned a trick that seems to help get you in to the WWs a lot faster.
For some reason if you open a browser on PC but probably works on Mobile also, load the XTra page as signed out.
Then XTra games page loads faster for some reason, then when you click the WW it will ask you to sign in then let you play.
For some reason, loading the XTra page as logged in already is way slower.
Still rather slow, but most of the time, I can't even get the XTra page to load if already signed in.

I lucked out and had $59 in points today so I made my last $0 OOP purchase! It has been a good run. I still have $35/month coming to me the 15th of every month through May, so I'll just have to pay shipping on orders from here on out. Also, all of these points last 30 days (including February), so I'll have $70 to spend on March 15.

Just found a nice feature in PS App that anyone can use even if you don't want to actually use your PS.
They put in a Calendar which nicely shows fairly nicely when points will expire and how much.
The Calendar seems much more stable that the "My Points" area.
EDIT: Just a quick update, the Feb points change has no effect on PSes, as mine just ordered with FS & PMed with Wal-Mart as if no change occured at all.

Wow, good to know! No more bothering to add up what will expire when between orders. I've got a ridiculous amount of 'suggested birthdays' to tell the PS calendar to ignore, though, from all the random people I'd friended on the SYW site for long-ago games.
The calendar doesn't include today's wins (to expire 2 weeks from now) yet. Maybe it only updates once a day?

I still don't know what is going on, but other than that $5 recently, it won't give me any big wins.
Yet two fellow users I know it's giving a lot like think they got like 3 $4 wins each, the one just hit a $5 a few days ago and then is the one who also hit the Valentine's $5 also.
It sometimes feels like some accounts are favored over others even though they claim it's random.
