i was actually able to get one of these. I found ONE store that had it and they called me to tell me they couldent find it but would transfer the order to another store locally who did. I was shocked when i got the confirmation lol

350 ft/lb isn't terrible compared to the old C3 Craftsman I had at 200 ft/lbs. My gripe with this V20 version is that the tool is huge for only 350 ft/lbs. At that size it should be putting out at least double that. Especially when you have other brands at 600 ft/lb in a smaller 18v or 250 ft/lb in the little M12 stubby.

350 ft/lb isn't terrible compared to the old C3 Craftsman I had at 200 ft/lbs. My gripe with this V20 version is that the tool is huge for only 350 ft/lbs. At that size it should be putting out at least double that. Especially when you have other brands at 600 ft/lb in a smaller 18v or 250 ft/lb in the little M12 stubby.

im spoiled by my dewalt stuff. My equally sized one does 700/1200ftlbs F/R and my compact one does 400/600ft/lbs F/R. both were less than ~$150.

350ftlbs will barely take lugnuts off that were put on by an air impact at the dealer..

At the North Nashville store this morning they had a large tub near Customer Service of Lenox hole saws marked 75% off. Largest size was 3 1/4 inch. Someone might have cleaned out the larger ones before I got there. No kits were included.

In the tool department the hooks for hole saws were all empty. Changing to Craftsman, perhaps? Another nearby Lowes still had its regular display of Lenox hole saws.

Another tub had an assortment of Bosch masonry bits, also 75% off.

You’re welcome ! My store had them by lumber. I asked for help and they said they don’t have them anymore. Then I started looking around and found them. If you see any Kobalt boxes that item numbers start with 112xxxx, they’re all probably clearance and down to ~$100

I had got one a few weeks ago for about $250. Still a good deal but damn $87 is awesome. I like it alot.

You can definitely try, if they still scan for 87 in store , you can just tell them you want to return it and rebuy it. Be nice to the customer service rep at the counter , let them know you called customer care and that’s what they told you to do. Worked for me before.
