Yure not missing much on that $67 delta miter saw... Lowes recently had Hitachi same size for $99 sale and they had Dewalt 12" slider saw for $349...and these 10" miter saw different brands come for sale at $99 routinely.

The Delta is a pretty good saw, regular cost is several hundred dollars, an absolute bargain even at the $150. The Hitachi is OK, nearly as good as the Delta, and the Delta is much better than the Dewalt at 1/3 the cost.

FWIW, I have both the Hitachi and the Delta. I use the Hitachi as my "beater" saw, the Delta is the good one. Hitachi was worth the $50 I paid on sale, not sure I would go $99 on it though.

Probably hard to find the Delta now, though, people snapped them up when they dropped to half price.

Just spent a bit of time walking around local lowes. None of these deals are at my store anymore or they are much higher priced. O well got a couple items I needed anyways.

Great deal on Porter-Cable 18ga cordless nailer with battery and charger:

https://www.lowes.com/pd/PORTER-CABLE-18-Gauge-Cordless-Brad-Nailer/1000209153

Regular price is about $200. This was $49 at my local store. They had 12 this morning and now sold out. I saw 4 waiting for pickup.

Highly rated tool. I have the Ryobi version and really enjoy the convenience of just grabbing it with no need for a hose or compressor.

Anyone have a valid zip for the $20 jumbo set? All I see is $60.

Nothing too crazy in Deptford, NJ. But I think these are decent deals.

They have a 7 piece Bosch recip blade set at 9.98 but that will be short lived...they're ringing up 14.97 and there's a new display of them full price and only three on what looks like an old priced display...I bought a pack a month ago at 9.98

I went last weekend and again this weekend and the deals others are getting are all 10% off at my store. Oh,well.

Dang still full price at my stores, I could really use one of these. Will have to keep an eye on it for a few weeks.

Do you guys generally use the clearance sale filter on Lowe's website to find deals in your store?

I tried it yesterday and there wasn't much on it. I did get a nice charcoal grill for $25 but that was it.8982f88daaa13ed4d8260123b86bb13a.jpg

Rarely. The best deals usually dont show up on the clearance filter.

Depends on your local store. Some have reported great success finding clearance deals in-store at their stores, but that is not the case for my local stores. For example, the drill bit set is listed at $9.99 for one store, and you will get that price if you buy online for in-store pickup, but in-store it is full price and you will pay $49.98 if you pick it up off the shelf and take it to the checkout.

The store managers control a lot in their stores, it's best to figure what works best for your local stores.

Yes. The clearance set is in a plastic case and that case is open. It's not in a metal drill index box like the $50 set.

The regular price on the clearance set is $40.

There may be another set at some stores, but the only one my local store has is the 915354 set, $49.98 in-store or $9.98 if you buy online for in-store pickup, as I posted.

Yes, the kit my store has priced at $49.98 is the plastic case set, they don't have that brand in a metal case. Could be different regional pricing in this area or they just priced them incorrectly.

Msrp is $39.98, so try again.

As I said 915354 is tagged and ring up at $49.98 at my local store. Sounds like they may have tagged them wrong.

I had ordered one online, decided to get a second one while I was at the store, and assumed the price would correct at the register, but it did not, and they would not match their online price. So I ordered another one from my phone, waited for them to pull it, and got the second one for the sales price.

Some Lowes stores are just odd lol.

What if they’re flipping for lunch money, what’s it to you? And FYI the term lunch money is relative.

Hi,

I was just in my local Lowes today for the first time in a while. To my grreat surprise, nearly ALL of the Kobalt hand tools are gone, kaputz, never to be seen of or heard again. And most of the Porter Cable power tools are all gone. The entire tool department has been reset. Craftsman is now the lord and savior of Lowes tools.

How in the world can all of this happen without this cracker-jack garage squad knowing all about it in plenty of time to grab tons of killer deals on all the new stuff they are discontinuing?? Heaven help all of us. I was disgusted; almost threw up a little in my mouth.:monkey_po
