Yea, seen some of that.
What I don't understand is, why SYW never put like a unique ID number on each win screen.
Then Sweeps could just be like "Let's see this code matches up with $3 win and this account".
They seem like they do it the difficult way where they have to figure out if you sent your own screenshot or not.

They caught up on everyone's delayed Sweeps Weekly wins in recent weeks, so I'd thought they would handle this better.No schedule changes Fri. My whopping $0.20 all showed up just fine.

Yep and I noticed everything must be done that way.
I notice how even when they say they are going to investigate stuff, you never are given the results.
Like SYW nor my PS ever said what supposedly they found in error in my account, they just played it off like it never happened.
Noticed Chat Agents do the same thing like "We will investigate why this mistake occured" and then you never are told anything after that like they work for the police and results are classified.....

Has anybody here heard of some sort of changes to the SYW system coming up?
I was just an hour or so ago PMed on Facebook by another user saying their PS told them that "everybody was using up their points ASAP" and that they recommended them to do the same. Also that "changes" were coming soon.
My PS mentioned none of this and I looked around the various FB groups & SD and seen nothing except sale approved to ESL.

It's hard to believe that would be the case when they have point back offers running right now. Obviously they have the fine print that anything can change on a whim, but would be a great way to allienate the customers that have stuck around
Yeah, I doubt it. No reason to panic that I'm aware of. Eddie's buyout got approved, and SYW has been his 'baby' (favored program) all along. I'd expect at least a month's advance notice for any future changes (like we had for the shipping thing recently), and nothing that would harm the repeat business of the people who just spent a bunch of money for the months of future points-back.

Won a nickel today.
Just back from Kmart.
I got a $5 0ff $15 good 2/11 - 2/13 and a $10 off $60 good 2/10 only.
Hopefully now that the situation is stabilized they bring back coupons with a 7 day expiration.

If anyone wants to try it, "FREECASH" to 56278 and 73277 seems to be giving an offer again.
Right now it seems to be $5/$30 FREECASH but strangely while the Sears permits online usage, it's sister KMart offer is in-store only.
Though not really sure how great the offers are as Sears you can just use the Sears App $5/$15 or get the $5/$35 KMart from App if you want to use online.

I don't think I'll waste my texts on "FREECASH" anymore personally, that code word has been an exercise in futility for so long for me and that offer's not so great anyway. I'm waiting for a different code word.

It's a step in the right direction at least, so they're not going to be stuck on 52 forever.

LOL, someone on SD today says "My order pickup [at Sears] on Friday - ordered Dearfoam slippers - got a bicycle seat. You can't explain it."
I literally just read that over there just to see if any new activity like coupons or what have you.I guess I can't get too annoyed, my orders at least it was a similar item always, like just different brand or size.
Funny enough I just had some fun with my order but thanks to UPS. I have that free for a few months UPS My Choice Premium and upgraded my KMart SurePost order to Ground. Yet it said delivered today but wasn't on porch even though I went outside like 2 minutes after UPS.
Turns out UPS ignored the upgrade and did give to USPS and scanned Delivered vs "Transferred to Local PO".

Ha, at least it isn't lost, but it is annoying when shipping companies disregard delivery instructions like that. I've had more problems with Fedex myself, though they can all screw up. UPS has even voluntarily upgraded my deliveries sometimes (tracking says something like "We'll be in your area so we'll deliver your package early ourselves").

Funny enough UPS must have a sense of humor here.
Another Surepost last month they did the opposite of today.
They scanned it as "Transferred to Local PO" but it was sitting on my porch Delivered.
Guess this time they felt like doing the opposite.
UPS probably thinks I'm buying like a lunatic but I do one Sears/Kmart order and they will choose to send it in like 4 seperate packages (gets really crazy when you get from both stores and Authorized Suppliers).....

All of sudden today I cannot see future points activity when I select "2019" in the drop down. Previously, I was able to see all my future points and points expirations using this dropdown. Everyone else seeing the same thing?

Can swear before SYW sent them and they were good at Sears & KMart.

Luckily my go to item was a KMart item anyway but nice to have both.

To see future points expirations, check out the calendar feature in the "Personal Shopper" app! Somebody here spotted that a few weeks ago. Much more convenient than the SYW site since it shows the total expiring each day instead of all the little bits and pieces separately.
They've never sent me the half-birthday points anyway (got birthday points a few times though, but not every year).

I like that in the PS App that I mentioned but like you mentioned before it must only show a week at a time.
So now it's frustrating as Kmart Chat just gave me back for a wrong item order and now it won't tell me when the points will expire.
I'm guessing they have 2 weeks left though as they were expired before and they don't show on the calendar as far as I can tell.
I don't think I said anything like that.
My PS calendar is showing all the way through my March 31, 2020 points, as it has been since I first looked at it. (When I cleared out all the suggested-birthday clutter I had in it at first, I intentionally left one of them later this year, to help me tell the difference between this March and next March.) When you first go to the 'Calendar' screen in the app, you have to click the button in the top-right corner to change from calendar-month view (with a bunch of useless 'nothing today' placeholders) to list view, to see that far all at once.When you get expired points returned, sometimes they give them back to you with a whole year-to-the-next-quarter on them.
I just won $2 tonight!

The one looks late 20s-30s in her photo but my Calender says soon is her 89th Birthday.

They used to send b-day freecash for Sears/Kmart (good at either store).
The latest I've deduced from various comments is that the b-day freecash depends on the type of email.
Kmart email = Kmart freecash
Sears email = Sears freecash
SYW email = Sears/Kmart freecash
Also, the freecash offer doesn't get loaded until you open the email.

Yes, I know one person that claims they got all three types of emails for a halfy birthday, so $15 total.
Text Heart to Sears (73277) might get you FreeCash. It said I was getting some, but the link was the old switch to coupon page trick. YMMV

A couple of weeks ago I received $5 off $5 from Sears and another from Kmart for my daughter's birthday. There was some survey last year that asked for kids birthdays. I always give the same month but a different day than their actual birthday.
Oh... I should have put 12 kids, one for each month
