None of the Kobalt stuff is on clearance around here. A couple of things are on sale for a few bucks off but nothing worthwhile. Only one store that I know have done a full craftsman shift.

After a long chat session with irrelevant questions, they said it's because the item (a utility knife) has a blade. I said, oh, I guess pliers are adverse also. But only tongue and groove pliers, not needle nose.

Also scored a deal on 551123 Rubbermaid larger outside shed. On Clearance for $170 but got it for $100 because it was missing screws (Box was opened but contents had not been disturbed.

Last time I called and was promised the gift card sent to me in the mail. Waited for 2 weeks and nothing. Called again and was told to come to the store to pick up. Today finally got time to pick up and the customer service just gave me the cash. Not so easy process.

Went with my buddy to get a tool box today. Noticed this 60 gallon compressor had shown on brick seek a while back for this store. Checked part number and they had labeled old compressor as new one. My buddy got a 60 gallon 3.7hp kobalt air compressor for $199.

Now I've just lost all my gift cards I used and need to deal with customer service. You know your company is garbage when people are trying to purchase items at your store and can't, because your system is so trash.

No wonder Home Depot is spanking them. Lowes is dying by their own hands.

They do not refund to the same gift card. In theory they will mail you a new gift card. In practice, I find I often have to call to get the gift card sent. Give it two weeks, call if you have not received a gift card with the balance.

Lowes' horrible inventory management is the reason I find so many deals at 75 - 95% off. I love it.
