Looking at Light up, or Bees lighting, or Greenlight Depot.
Just wondering is there a big difference in some of these brands, I'm sure the drivers are the main concern.
I'm looking at https://www.lightup.com/2ft-led-linear-high-bay-2nd-gen-80w-10400-lumens-torshare-ltd.html price is nice at about $60.

Then https://www.beeslighting.com/lithonia-ibe-led-high-bay/p/IBE-12LM-MVOLT-50K little different specs and Lithionia name but big price jump.
Wondering if anyone has some experience with either? Thoughts?
Thanks

the main concerns are drivers and diodes. All the rest is just white painted metal.
LightUp, Bees, etc., seek out the cheapest stuff they can find without regard to quality of any kind. You, the unsuspecting consumer, dont know the difference because they all kinda look the same and the specs seem similar.
One hint is that the L70 life rating on the LightUp (made by Torshare, BTW) is 50,000 hours. The Lithonia is 100,000 hours. You can bet that the lumens on the LightUp will fall off dramatically as soon as you use it. You may not notice it because it happens slowly over time, but it happens. You can also expect a higher D.O.A. quantity.
So, it depends on how many hours you think you'll be using the lights. If 50,000 hours is 20 years for you, then $60 is cheap. In 20 years, you can deal with it again.
Good luck,
CD
