Blank wrench find

Anyone help ID this DBE wrench I found? Looks a lot like craftsman, but one side of the raised panels seems to be blank. Its worn a bit, but not worn enough to have erased MFG engraving. Theres a number 4 in the casting on that side, but panels blank.

Looks like Barcalo to me. They made plenty of contract wrenches for others.
