As a side job here we typically flip 2-3 houses a year. Lately iv'e been buying appliances for those houses from sears to take advantage of their spend X get X in X installment deals. Currently I get about $50 / week back in points so over the last few months iv'e been piecing together a new truck toolbox before the farming season kicks into full gear. Here's the near finished product! Everythings new, and I probably have ~$80 in actual cost in it from shipping costs (not counting toolboxes).

So here is the current work in progress. Just bought a dewalt toughsystem ds150 for $18 from Homedepot to stick on top of the stack for one more compartment. also need to add a ratchet lol.. If the 3 drawer (ds295) version of these boxes is ever listed stateside, it'd make for a far better use of space.

All in all i'm a huge fan of these boxes. They're pretty water tight. And they're about the only drawer boxes available that are larger than the 20.5in boxes like the old one pictured, but smaller than the 26in boxes which I find take up far too much width hindering the tailgate and are far too heavy to be portable.

Sadly my deep sockets are about 1mm too tall to shut drawers without them hitting.. Will need to shorten the rack system they're on.
Socket organizers are 3d printed with embedded magnets! =D

Shallow sockets from 9 -22mm and 1/2 - 1 1/8in

Forgot... Need to fix an exterior door frame that has some rot... I like to put "GRACE VYCOR Deck Protector on the end grain towards the bottom to prevent "wick up". Yes I also prime and paint it too.

Anyway... I used to use a regular seam roller... then I got to touch this one that a friend had... It's got a SOFT 2" roller that works much better for flashing against wood... doesn't crush it like the hard rubber roller I have been using.

It's actually stamped "DuraSoft" in the handle

+ it's MADE in the U.S.A.

Been doing replacement of decks mostly... I put the vycor deck protector tape on any wood under the decking to prevent rot. I use the roller to adhere it... it's kinda like sticky flashing...

Anyway now I got a job fixing rotted outside door jams... I normally just Dutchman a repair but a guy showed me that I should be protecting the bottom of the jam against the sill... so I will cover the end grain of the Dutchman there and roll it.

My buddy has this one... and it works well for the deck protector tape.

I've got these in my work box, smashed a lot of things with the large one, good stuff. Only complaint is I wish they where all larger, but that's not the products fault, me just miss remembering how large or small certain sizes are

I got it off craigslist for a couple hundred bucks. The guy was very on the fence about selling it; it took 2 months of back and forth via text.

Do you remember what brand of balancer your dad had at the shell station?

No, I used a heat gun, carefully. You can peel off really old stickers that way, with almost no residue.

Picked up this ridgid 5 hp shop vacuum with accessories. Replaced my huge 6 hp craftsman that was huge and cumbersome to move around. Works well so far and also can have a bag for dry dust ! So far very impressed and it will make vacuuming the cars out much easier!
