Hey everyone, been many months since I was on here with garage questions. Long story short, we started buiding our garage in November. Footers and pad as well as the first 2 rows of block which we planned to just frame upon from there. December came and my wife was diagnosed with cancer. Originally thought to be ovarian but later determined to be appendiceal. 1000 cases found per year. Garage work halted. Pad set all winter unsealed. My concrete guy told me that I really need to get it sealed as it is just sitting out in the weather everyday. Finally getting warm enough for me to start getting this done. The rest of the garage is put on hold with uncertainty with cancer facing us and growing medical bills. She is the priority right now. So I would like any suggestions as to how I should go about trying to protect this pad until we have a better idea of what is going on. Thanks

Sorry for your issues, the pad is fine if it was finished properly. Concrete will only get stronger with age.

Are you parking on it?

Thank you. No we are not parking on it. To be honest, I was looking at ultimately doing the epoxy flooring and wasn't sure if sealing it now would hurt that option later. Thanks for your help

PM me your address and I will send you some 9500 no charge. It will densify and seal. Its not the oil resistant version but it does not sound like that is the priority
