Who want sot see more foundry pictures? Don't everybody speak at once. OK, there's one positive response, that's enough!!
More later! Thanks for stopping by.
Andy, sorry I was napping but here is my positive response.

Thanks, Mate!Happy Birthday Andy and nice job on the shelf.
Happy birthday Andy
Andy, have to agree with 1/2 cup. We like pictures (I am easily entertained).
Have a great weekend
Dwight
Sorry I missed your birthday, Andy, but happy birthday anyway. I trust the cows made you lots of pies to go with that big birthday cake.

Wow, that swivel lock looks great! I wonder what was with the peculiar thread; why wouldn't they just use a normal bolt? I suppose the chunk it threads into is replaceable, but you would think they'd all be standard coarse.
Andy I absolutely luv that water heater great score
Nice work on the vice lock
You video really demonstrates the pour. Its amazing how the glass shatters.![]()

Andy, it appears that you are having too much fun in the shop. The video was great and look at the things you are learning.
Dwight
Great video Andy, I really enjoyed it.
That old water heater looks pretty cool. [emoji106]

That is a cool water heater. Are you going to use it for heating water?
The pour video was interesting in that watching fill then you see the metal turn as it cools. Then the pop!!!!
By the way when did Oklahoma get a fancy motion picture production studio?

Nice video - that high temperature glass worked a lot better for you. I'll be interested to see if the cooling air prevents the breakage. Knowing you, I'm sure you'll be comparing the heat capacity of the air vs. a water bath (or maybe just guess for the next trial - after all, the breakage makes for great video productions from your fancy motion picture studio!). Those videos are perfect for someone from the Show Me State.![]()
ALL: when exactly is the last time you stepped barefoot in a COW PIE?
great stuff going on in your world as per usual so keep waking up and doing what you do.
HAPPY EASTER!!!
Who needs Game of Thrones when you have AWM TV.

Happy belated birthday!
Game of Thrones vs AWM TV. AWM TV for sure, except when a King visits and is provided after hour entertainment.

Andy like the water heater will you turn it into a work of art? Nice job on the odd thread.
Andy: nice work on the pharmacy's shelving and I bet she's very happy you are around to help her out.
don't feel like the lone ranger cause we don't watch GAME OF THRONES either and probably never will.
enjoy your day. speaking of that how's your weather? I think we are looking at mid 50's with some rain and probably not much wind here today.
cheers
Do you thinks we can save this poor 3 wheeler seat frame DR Andy?
A couple tack welds and some JB weld is what I'm thinking lol.![]()
I had to go back a page to catch up on the goings on on the farm.
My dad was a machinist and he had a little shop in the basement and you making those threads sure brought back memories of him "thank You"
So a little wood, a little steel some old scrap for melting and I'm all in
Don

Pretty soon you'll have free NG and free drugs for life. Sounds like a pretty good setup!

If that doesn't repair everything perfectly, a vinegar bath and a coat of POR-15 should hide the pinholes!

Let's just make a lost foam one in aluminum.
...
Use a couple of push stick and job is done. I did make one push stick a little narrower doing this.[emoji38]_hitti
...
We are going to need a bigger sand bucket. But that is a thought.
Glen
Sounds way better than making a finger narrower. [emoji15]
The pharmacy shelves look very professional Andy. [emoji106]

I wonder what that water heater weighs. Oof.
Once that water heater heated up it would keep the water hot for a long time would be my guess. Man that wall looks thick.
My new phone is not playing nice with my PC either. Seems it doesn't like the USB ports or cable... I upload my pictures directly to GJ from my phone or email them to myself now. Seems to be a little easier..
Mike

Andy, I was going to ask you about your table saw setup the you showed it. I have same saw and had same fence. If anything like my fence, I applaud you on how well the shelving units turn out.

I started a list of skills that Andy has not mastered. This is what I have so far:
