Can anybody help me identify the wrenches

I got a lot of tools recently and there was a set of similar wrenches with sign forged in USA
The only other marks besides sizes are 2 letter combinations:
5/8 CF
9/16 ?BH (not well seen)
1/2 CZ
7/16 CB

Does anybody recognize them: who made them and how old they are. They are almost unused...

What's it say to the left of the "Forged..." and to the right of the open end ?

They have 2 letter abbreviations there, NUTTSGT. I listed them in the beginning of the thread. They might be related to sizes, but I am not sure
