That's basically a IR temp gun that overlays a picture, what he wants is a thermal imager so he can see drafts. Something like this FLIR that shows heat/cold spots with light
IR temp guns are very useful but you'd be better off with a regular laser one so you don't have to hook it up to your phone. Just a simple 10:1 (at 10 feet it measures a 1 inch area). You can find drafts with one but it's not nearly as good, good for measuring pool temp, warm walls, stoves, refrigerator temps, engine temps, exhaust temps...even dash temps. I used one to measure the dash temp on a SUV this week 180-degrees! My truck with windshield tint was 140-degrees!

If you really want a imager, Check out SEEK or FLIRONE. I bought the SEEK during the initial preorder, and it has been great for years. Even works well with adapters as I've updated phones (micro->usbc)

I just stopped by my local Lowes, they changed the layout of the tool department. All their single Kobalt wrenches and sockets were on clearance and lots of single Irwin drill bits packets as well. Most of the Wrench display area is Craftsman now. I didn't grab any pics but might be worth checking your local store.

The coupon is printed on your receipt at checkout.
I've gone in a few days before a purchase and bought a pop and bag of chips to get that coupon. Sometimes the coupon isn't good for a few days so keep that in mind.
