From the picture, tank looks to be in good condition. In my opinion, I think that's a FAIR deal for a good 80 gallon tank, but I would like it a lot better at 50 dollars.

Yeah, maybe it is. A non structural issue. If it was me, I’d fill it prior to painting. Those really early bullets had a hospital green kind of color. I’m working on one right now.
