Very cool! I'm curious of weight.

Hi I need a set of 6'' T-style vise jaws for a Reed 106 vise , I'll take steel or aluminum , serrated or smooth , any help would be appreciated. Thanks
I tried, but he wouldn't respond. I got over it quickly though, it only bothered me for about a year and a half.

Do you just buy the gallon size and pour it into a bucket full strength? How long have you soaked vises for the best results?
You can PM all of us with that picture![]()
(great story by the way)Yeah, that all came from one ad. 668 lbs.

Nice find on the Reed 4C, those vises are incredibly well built. Yours look to be in good condition with all of the original parts.
Edit: that looks like an older model. Is there a date stamp?

Since many folks here use Evaporust for their vises, thought I would share that it is on sale for $15.99 a gallon at Walmart online only. (5) 1 gallon buckets comes out to $79.99 just like if you buy the big 5 gallon bucket. Normally priced around $23 I think.
