So like always i get the garage. Its a two car garage

First here is the basic floor dimensions. By Tonight i will have the basic outline of the future garage.

garageplan.jpg

The plan:

Two Tone Walls: Red Bottom / white top w/ black or silver separation stripe.
Epoxy Floor Coating: 100% Solids in a shiny solid white finish
T8 - Lighting all around.
Custom cabinets build by yours truly.
tool chest

and sometime next year ill put a 4 post lift. May have to make a whole in the ceiling for height clearance.

PS: I emailed Fred@alpha garage to get some estimates on materials for the floor.

and tommorow i am doing the endurashield, than sunday i am finishing up the painting along the step "face"

Unfortunately when i put down the coating i seem to have way to many damn bubbles. So the final look isnt as impressive as i would have wanted but w/e other than installer error the garage is almost done.

I def plan on redoing the whole thing once i get a car lift, so i will be ordering prob more than enough wolverine coating and will double up on the endurashield at that time.

PS> does alphagarage have any local installers in south florida i can hire lol. i wanna make sure its perfect the second time around.

I do like the look of these super-shiny garage floors but I don't think I'd have the patience to do all the prep work!

How do you plan to put a lift in there with what looks like an 9ft ceiling?

raise the roof ,theres an attic with like 5-6feet at the apex of it, so all i need is to clear to columns and the roof of the car

Painted the steps and the door molding. Next on the list is to finish the laundry wall and paint the doors white.

I take it you don't live all that far from your folks so you are able to use their garage??

My brother did the same in one of my Dad's buildings. He put up lights, ran 240v juice to the bay he was working in, etc. (building has 5 bays, each about 20x45). He lives about 2 hrs away, but just has an apartment right now.
