Some of you may remember Triangle Tools. They went under years ago, but it looks like a USA-based company, Motivx Tools has rebranded them. They currently offer a 3/8 set of sockets, ratchet, extensions and their spring-loaded u-joint for $69 on Amazon. Apply the coupon on the page plus code "Socket2Me" in the cart and your price should fall to about $45 with shipping.

They also have 1/2 inch and 1/4 inch sets available. Not sure whether the coupon applies to those.

These tools are made in Taiwan, I believe. I have one of the original ratchets and love it.

6m - 24mm. That's a comprehensive set.

Make sure you click on the "Apply Coupon" right under the price on the original amazon page. That should bring you down to the right price.

Thank you. I have been very happy with my 3/8 and 1/2 set purchased a long time ago from sears. The 1/4 was never available then.

Now I have the 1/4 set, and yes, the coupon applies to it. $32 after the coupon.

Just received my 3/8 set. I like it but that ratchet handle is really skinny, curious if that will be a issue when wrenching.

Same here and noticed the same thing, definitely thinner than the Triangle Tools version. The action feels different also, less back drag I guess. I compared both the 1/4" as well the 3/8" to the original TT versions.

Got my 3/8 set today. I'm impressed! The organizer is really nice, but if I use it I will most certainly get it full of oil and grease. Hmm...

I got the 3/8". Really liked it and ordered the 1/4". I really like the sockets. Not sure on the ratchet - might be a little slippery, but I have plenty of other choices.

odd because I bought the 1/4" set off Amazon years ago and loved it but could never find the 3/8 or the 1/2!

edit, just grabbed the 3/8, having a senior moment trying to find the 1/2" set, anyone got a link?

3/8 set is showing: Currently unavailable.

And there's not a coupon on the page for the 1/4 set and I can't get the Socket2Me code to work on it.

After using the included ratchet, think I am going to use a replacement and just trim the foam to fit something like a composite HF ratchet.

I actually really like the ratchet. However the Harbor Freight flex head is my go-to 3/8" so I'll probably rarely use the Motivx one.

The tools are well made and hold up well but the ratchet heads are fairly thick is my only complaint.

These are showing a coupon again and I stashed them in my HF 5 drawer cart for the moment. They fit pretty good.

Are they releasing SAE as well?

I reached out to them on instagram a while ago inquiring about SAE sets, in the near future they are releasing a 1/2" MM set, deep sockets and SAE sockets, not sure of the release time frame but October rings a bell
