Seen those places,, ha. Florida Keys, , Key West got lots of old **** hanging around. Old delqpitaded panels, conduit hanging all over disconnected, glued joints come undone on docks, rusted pipe.

I was up in the attic of a house my son just rented here in California.
Knob and tube!?!?!? None of it I could see was still live, but couldn't see all of it.
Grew up around it, replaced a TON of it in my years....but NEVER seen in in CA. Just not that many old houses.

K&T is all over SoCal as many homes were built in the 30's and quite a few earlier. Then they went to ungrounded cloth wrapped cable.

I know there are old homes in Cal. Not many once you get away from the coast & main cities. Thats all. Much rarer in the central valley....

What does that wiring have to do with getting a great drink...
Other than risking life and limb for said drink...the other option is to day drink...drink a lot fast...and get out before they turn on all the lights and everyone can see each other...
