Brick garage

So I'm moving to a new house, new for me. There is no HOA, but they do have a few Covenants and Restrictions. One being that any detached garage must be of brick construction to match the house. Now I know this is an absolute stupid question, but what can I expect to pay for a 24x24 slab and brick shell with architectural shingles built in Harrisburg, NC?

Any like experience would be great and I'm only looking for a ballpark price.

Maybe wood frame and sided with brick? should save a bit and give you a lot more option for running electric, mounting stuff to walls, ect. They use shaved brick, costs less.
