I'm looking to purchase a good reliable code reader for my garage. I'm considering the Equus Innova 3160. Is this a decent reader or would I be better off with another manufacturer. My price range would be up to $300.00 US.

The 3160 seems to be a good unit. I know that it's a little more than you're wanting to spend, but next month Matco will be releasing MD1052. $400 & it does ABS/Airbag systems also.

ABS scanners are at least $100 alone, so that Matco unit may be a nice all in one package.

I picked up the 3160 about 3 weeks ago. Im very happy with it & would buy it again. I bought it when it was on sale for $179.99 on amazon.

I have a single sale flyer that I picked up at Expo. What information are you looking for?

All info. I haven't seen this unit so I have no idea what codes it reads. I checked the Matco website, but I didn't find this model. If its going to be on the website over the next month I can wait to read the specs and see what it looks like. Thanks

I will make this offer if anyone wants to do it. I will do a color fax of the information page to whomever will scan it & post it on here. I'm too computer stupid to do it myself.
