3" to 3/4" reducer bushing

Does anyone sell a 3" to 3/4" bushing reducer? The only one I found online is now discontinued. I want to put a Scotch-Brite unitized wheel on my grinder. I don't have a lathe so I can't make one myself.

IIRC, I had to buy a 3" to 1" and a 1" to 3/4".
