Looks like a plumbers chisel for packing oakum and/or tamping lead (probably tamping, kind of short).

The SK Ratchet is Pending towards Dustin19 currently, 9/32 plumb stuff is still available and local pickup is always kosher.

I'll take the Plumb stuff either way. That said, what do I do with a 9/32dr ratchet anyway??? LOL I assume they made some sockets to match at one point or another?
